项目背景

Tesla Shanghai Superfactory, located in Shanghai Lingang New Area, covers an area of 860,000 square meters, is the first wholly foreign-owned vehicle manufacturing project in China, and also the first overseas factory of Tesla.

On August 13, 2022, the one millionth vehicle of Shanghai Super Factory rolled off the production line.

New energy vehicles and lithium battery PACK workshop (power battery processing, assembly) in the production process will produce a large number of organic waste gas, the workshop and the surrounding environment caused by pollution, affecting the health of the staff and nearby residents. Lithium battery production process exhaust gas composition is complex, with high pollution and high hazardous characteristics. Especially lithium battery factory production workplace of a large number of production operations exist in the lead dust, lead fumes, acid mist and other pollutants will pollute the air, for these harmful emissions must be purified using exhaust gas treatment equipment to be safely discharged.

For the Tesla Super Factory automotive painting exhaust treatment project, Eclear Environmental adopted YQB zeolite rotor concentration + RTO process to realize the Tesla VOCs exhaust treatment through the preliminary on-site investigation by the technical department, combined with the consideration of the exhaust gas composition in the process of lithium battery PACK workshop (power battery processing and assembly).
